As soon as a specific profession is conditioned by the culture and the language of a country, Europe ceases to exist as a uniform market : each country has its own agencies, its own media and its own laws. In Europe, unlike in North America, not only do software publishers have to deal with one agency per sector of activity, they also need to multiply the number of agencies by the number of targeted countries. This quickly leads to an increase of service suppliers that the headcount on the field, if any, is not always able to follow up with effective dedication.

A partial solution is offered via the use of international agencies, but besides their exhorbitant prices, experience shows that local subsidiaries of these agencies may perform well in any one country and not in all .     • Follow-up of the dubbing, mixing and editing phases
    • Management of the CD-ROM publishing process

  • • Control and validation of the solutions proposed by law firms, in the perspective of their feasibility and their compatibility with local practices in the software industry of a particular country
